FLSmidth Cross-Bar cooler
This is FLSmidth’s latest innovation——the fourth generation clinker cooler,which adopted modular design with high manufacturing and installation accuracy. Using horizontal grate plate, the cooler controls cooling air flow automatically and accurately. Additionally, the cooler has such virtues as high heat efficiency, little abrasion , long life and maintenance free.

The FLSmidth Cross-Bar cooler is designed not only for completely new coolers, but also as an upgrade for most existing coolers. To meet these requirements, the cooler is constructed as a modular system with units of varying size.
The standard units are preassembled in the workshop to ensure high quality and swift, simple installation.
To form a whole cooler, a number of units are put together length-wise and widthwise, and the movable frames are connected along the length of the cooler.
